Return Policy

1.   Return Policy
- The merchant will work with the customer
- If the goods are found to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us directly within 3 days or receipt for special arrangement.

2.     Return Notice

- The returned goods must be unused and have no stains caused by non-human defects.

- Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases

·   The product has been unpacked for use, or damaged due to human factors, such as: defaced, damaged, worn, abrasion, scratched, dirty.

·     The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are incomplete.

·     Malicious or bulk returns.

3.    Return Process

Contact customer service staff → Confirm return → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide delivery time, contact information, and address → Recycling will be carried out by the logistics entrusted by the store.

4.    Refund Instructions

-   Credit card payer: After confirming the successful return, the payment will be directly credited to the credit card account of the original payment.

-  Cash on delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.

5.     Exchange Notice

Replacement items must be unused, free of stains or faults caused by human defects, if the store reminds you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging box), otherwise we will not accept the exchange.

6.     Exchange process

If you and the store agree to exchange the goods, please return the original order and place a new order in the store, and the company will only send you an invoice for the difference and collect or refund such fees, if there is no difference, there will be no need to deal with it separately.
